ByteForm started in 2020 with a simple observation: most software agencies optimized for their own throughput, not their clients' outcomes. Projects shipped with hidden technical debt. Post-launch handoffs left client teams unable to maintain what they'd paid for. Requirements were misunderstood because no one asked the right questions.
We set out to do it differently. ByteForm is built around long-term client partnerships, not one-time engagements. We write code we'd be comfortable maintaining ourselves. We surface problems early and share context freely.
Four years and 50+ projects later, we work with founders and businesses across fintech, healthcare, logistics, and e-commerce. Several of our earliest clients are still with us today — which is the metric we're most proud of.
